Find a Book: You Have a Topic                         watchit2_r1_c1.gif

Use it for: Finding books on any topic at Gelman or Consortium libraries.

Why use it? Because you can take your research to the next level with our collection.

Step 1

Start at the top right of any Gelman Library website page. Making sure the Catalog tab is selected, click on the Advanced Search link.

Step 2
You are now on the Advanced Search screen. Use search terms the catalog can understand. Here is an example.

Step 3
Look at your results and click on a relevant title to see more details, like a table of contents.

Step 4
Peruse your list of results. Find a few that are relevant to your search, make notes of the call numbers to find those books and to browse the stacks in that area.

Your book isn't at Gelman?

You can still request it. If one of the other consortium libraries has it, request it from the catalog. If not, request it through Interlibrary Loan.
