GW Scholarly Communications

Theses and Dissertations

Scholarly Communication Services coordinates the electronic submission process for theses and dissertations at GWU. The GWU Electronic Theses and Dissertations website provides detailed information for graduate students and their advisors on the step-by-step process of preparing and submitting theses and dissertations.

Electronic University Archives

University records in electronic form and other electronic files maintainted by university units which are submitted to the University Archives in the Gelman Library will be hosted at this site. For more information about what is already available, please see the Searching for Content page.

Scholarly Journals

Gelman Library staff are working with faculty, graduate, and undergraduate students on campus to host online journals, including peer-reviewed journals using an overlay journal approach. The first of these journals, Policy Perspectives, went online as of May 2009.

Other Scholarly Content

Scholarly Communication Services hosts other scholarly content in digital format, including but not limited to research notes, data sets, pre-print publications, post-print publications, conference proceedings, conference papers, project reports, and more for our faculty, students, and affiliated research staff.
